Project Goals
At present, managers rely on Tableau and spreadsheets to monitor and devise strategies for their workforce. We aim to revolutionize this process by providing managers with a singular application that empowers them to generate and oversee employee tasks.

My Contributions
I was put on this product initiative as the user experience designer.
I proposed potential design solutions to business to get their buy in.

Project Impact
More than 20k managers coach and oversee ~150k employees.
It will eliminate the need for users to switch between various applications, enabling them to accomplish all tasks within a unified platform.

Problems

The workflow for users was not intuitive.
Users had to use multiple applications to complete their job.

Employee Level

Doing their day to day tasks helping customers with their product issues

Manager Level

Coaching and managing the employee level and scheduling 1:1 to ensure the employees are growing in their careers and meeting the quality standards

Senior Manager Level

Ensure the Manager’s teams are in order and the Managers are providing the employees with the right tasks and plans to grow in the individual career as well as team growth.

User Manager Level

This screen is dedicated to the creation of new plans for employees, offering various plan types and the ability to incorporate diverse metrics to monitor plan progress.

User Employee Level

This screen is intended for employees at the individual level. Users in this capacity have the capability to monitor their active, completed, and upcoming plans. Moreover, they can access a high-level overview of their plans over the preceding 12 months. This view empowers users to track their plans and associated tasks, gauging their progress and improvement across the months while gaining detailed insights into areas requiring further attention.

User Manager Level

This screen is designed for managers to efficiently oversee their employees' tasks and objectives. Within this interface, users can readily access information on upcoming deadlines and the current status of individual plans. This functionality enables managers to effectively plan their workweeks and schedule one-on-one meetings with their team members to discuss future actions and goals.

This screen will serve as the exclusive interface for Senior Manager Level personnel. Users at this level will possess access to all Manager's Teams and will be able to view an aggregated performance overview of their respective teams.

Gives users access to previously filled tasks for pre-fill options. It will reduce time on the manager’s side to not have to re-write the tasks.

Metrics and Successes

✨ With this project, we established a new business partnership with Apple's Machine Learning team. Through our design process and collaboration, we started a mutually beneficial partnership with another team.
