I like taking things that feel complicated and making them feel simple—or at least simpler than they were before.

I’m a product designer at Apple Inc., where most of the problems I work on start out a little messy and undefined. I’m drawn to that space. I care about clarity, flow, and the small details that make something just click without you having to think about it.

Outside of work, I’m outnumbered by two very opinionated personalities: my daughter (whose nickname was Bamtori, or “baby chestnut”) and my Australian Shepherd, Hodu (“walnut”). Life with them is a mix of chaos and joy—and a pretty good reminder that not everything needs to be perfectly designed to be meaningful.
